Return, Replacement and Cancellation Procedures

Returns: 

Within 30 days, you can make your return free of charge from Suwen.com.tr or Suwen stores. 

Exchange: 

Within 30 days, you can exchange free of charge with your invoice only in our Suwen stores.

Cancellation: 

You can cancel your order from the order screen until your order is packaged and invoiced. Cancellation of invoiced orders cannot be made; When you receive your invoiced orders, you can make a refund by following the return steps. 

Important Note: 

Our company acts in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law in return and exchange transactions. The product must be unused, the original packaging must not be damaged and the accessories must be complete. Returns can be made with the original invoice of the product. 

Due to hygiene rules, panties, silicone products, accessories, cosmetic products and corsets cannot be returned and exchanged. In addition, when the hygiene tapes on the bikini bottom and the crotch of the swimsuit are removed, return and exchange cannot be made. 

For products purchased from other sales channels such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Pazarama, your return requests should only be made through the relevant sales channel. 

Quick and Easy Steps for Returns: 

On the ‘My Account’ > ‘My Orders’ page, select the order of the product you want to return. 

Tick the product(s) you want to return, select your reason for return and click the ‘Return’ button. 

You can deliver your return to the nearest DHL eCommerce branch free of charge with the cargo return code you see. 

You can access your cargo return code again on the ‘My Account’ > ‘My Returns’ page. 

After delivering it to the cargo company, you can track your return on our site with the cargo tracking code. 

Return Approval and Refund: 

When the product to be returned reaches our warehouse, it is examined by our expert team and checked whether the product complies with the return rules. 

When your return is approved, you can view the information that your return has been approved on your ‘My Returns’ page. You will also receive this information via SMS and e-mail. 

Within 1-10 business days from the day your return is approved, your money will be refunded to the card you paid. 

In case of any obstacle to the refund, our call centre will inform you by calling you.
