Payment methods What are the payment options?

Payment for purchases made at suwen.com.tr can be made by credit or debit card. For credit card payments, the name, card number, expiry date and CVC code on the back of the card must be entered in full.

Is it possible to pay in instalments by credit card?

You can benefit from the option of 3 instalments valid for all credit cards for your non-cosmetic purchases of 750 TL or more in our stores and at suwen.com.tr.

*Instalments do not apply to American Express and Miles&Smiles cards.

How can I use my voucher code?

When completing the order, you can benefit from the discount as much as the voucher code by entering the code given to you in the voucher code section on the shopping basket screen.

Only one code will be valid for all orders. Coupon codes cannot be combined.
